Frequently Asked QuestionsHow long will it take?Short term therapy is about focusing on and addressing a particular concern or problem. Longer term work involves looking more deeply at underlying patterns and unresolved conflicts. I work for an agreed period of time, or on an open-ended basis. How much will it cost? My fees are £42 for individuals, and £60 for couples. Appointments made for individuals after 6pm at my London practice incur a fee of £50. I am able to offer concessions in certain circumstances. How long does a session last? A session lasts for 50 minutes. Sessions are normally weekly and can be more frequent if required. What is the first step? The first step is to arrange an initial appointment. This will be an opportunity to meet and discuss your concerns. If you wish to continue then we will discuss session times and the way forward. If you decide not to continue I may know of other resources that would be better suited to your needs. I can be contacted on the numbers below. All lines of contact are confidential, and both phone lines have voicemail. m: 07722 824744 e: info@jillwhitecounselling.co.uk |
